Can I place an order over the phone?
Orders cannot be made over the phone; you must log on to https://authenticavaya.ctdi.com to place an order.

My order has shipped, but my Fedex tracking number doesn't show any information.
Please allow 1-10 days after your order has shipped for updated tracking information to appear.

When will my order ship?
Authentic Avaya Orders normally ship between 1-10 business days depending on the availability of the equipment.

What do I do to return a product?
Contact us at avaya.refurbsales@ctdi.com to request a RMA to return equipment. CTDI will not accept any product return without RMA#.

Warranty & Returns

Authentic Avaya powered by CTDI Warranty and Returns
CTDI offers a one (1) year replacement warranty on most Authentic Avaya products sold. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper application or use of the product. The replacement of a defective product is the exclusive remedy; liability does not extend to any other damages, incidental, consequential or otherwise. Customer may obtain RMA# and/or additional details from an Authentic Avaya Account manager at avaya.refurbsales@ctdi.com

Return Info
Defective Product Returns - Customer may return most defective Products to CTDI within one (1) year of invoice date and receive a replacement unit.

Non-Defective Product Returns - Customer may request credit for most non-defective Products directly to CTDI within fifteen (15) days of invoice date and receive, at Customer’s option, credit or exchange. A restocking charge will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange by a minimum of fifteen percent (15%).

RMA Info
Customer Shipment of Returned Merchandise requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. No returns of any type will be accepted by CTDI unless accompanied by a unique RMA number, which Customer may obtain by emailing the customer name, product code, product serial number, and details of Customer’s issue with the product to CTDI at avaya.refurbsales@ctdi.com. All info will be verified and a RMA # will be issued if the product meets defined criteria. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items; Seller is responsible for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items.

Customer has thirty (30) days to return a Product after the applicable RMA is issued. CTDI reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that occur after the thirty (30) day period or those involving Products that are unaccompanied by valid RMA’s.
